 Carolyn and Erik Huff took their 25 years of combined service and experience in the entertainment and gaming industry and founded Huff Entertainment Solutions. Over the years, they traveled career paths individually and together that have given them an insight, expertise and knowledge that allows them to offer an impressive and efficient list of "one stop shopping" services to their clients. Together they create a cohesive unit for their clients to utilize as a complete resource center. With a high commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, Huff Entertainment IS the client's "solution" to all their entertainment needs.

Carolyn and Erik have been involved with literally hundreds of acts ranging from Toby Keith and Reba McEntire to the local harp player and from celebrity comedians such as Jeff Foxworthy and Ken Jeong to your favorite celebrity Elvis impersonator. Part of their service is to keep in continual contact with all aspects of the entertainment industry in order to stay on top of trends, new shows, upcoming artists, routing opportunities, pricing and availability. They are also the proud owners of Iconic Fest - a two day outdoor music festival in Brainerd, MN

Carolyn Huff

Carolyn's entertainment experience resides in the areas of talent buying, promoting, event implementation and marketing. Prior to her years of talent buying and business ownership, she served as a Corporate Entertainment Director for two large casinos for which she was responsible for managing two indoor showrooms, a 5600-seat amphitheater, a lounge and monthly entertainment for VIP dinner events. Carolyn's knowledge and experience extends into the selection of shows, concert advertising (media, collateral, coordination of direct mail), radio promotions, public relations, show advancement, day of show production, and budget management in excess of two million dollars. She has managed over many special event functions in the areas of sporting events, variety shows, promotions, cultural celebrations, New Year's Eve celebrations, grand openings, firework displays, etc. Carolyn's resume also includes experience as a company trainer specifically in the fields of customer service and leadership and was a certified trainer for Achieve Global. In addition to her experience, Carolyn possesses strong interpersonal skills and has an energetic personality that creates a strong sense of teamwork among all those who work with her. Carolyn's sense of organization is the secret to her success between the artists and her clients.

Erik Huff

Erik's experience encompasses the areas of entertainment, marketing operations and event analysis. In addition to providing marketing consulting for casinos throughout the United States, he previously held casino jobs such as Director of Marketing Services and Marketing Analyst. Erik has specific marketing experience and expertise in direct mail, promotions, advertising, player development and entertainment. As a prior Marketing Analyst, Erik was responsible for analyzing entire marketing department financial statements to include areas such as Advertising, Direct Mail, Entertainment, Area Relations, Player Development, Travel & Events, Convention Sales and Player's Club. Additionally, Erik's skills consist of the creation of customized reports, budget development and event analysis. His services have often been called upon by casino CFOs to evaluate and project the affect of marketing programs towards the overall casino financial picture. Erik exercises a logical and no non-sense approach to event analysis and presents clients with an honest evaluation. Erik loves the research part of his role when it comes to presenting the right options to his clients for show selection and routing opportunities. Erik holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management
